Survey Says 44% of First Time Buyers Use Mortgage Brokers

According to a recent survey done by CMHC 44% of First Time Home Buyers used a mortgage broker, and 60% of first time home buyers who used a bank said they wished they had used a mortgage broker to purchase their first home.
